For further information please go to: www.baybuildinggroup.com.au Junior Project Manager Join our team as a Junior Project Manager and help deliver insurance reinstatement and commercial construction projects. Reporting to the Project Manager, you’ll focus on coordinating trades on-site to ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring safe, quality, and timely work. Attend site inspections and meetings, monitor progress, and escalate risks or delays. Build strong relationships with clients, trades, and suppliers. Enforce safety and quality compliance, including inductions, reporting, and audits. Maintain registers (RFIs, drawings, variations, defects). Assist with scheduling, documentation, and milestone updates in Procore/SharePoint. Support purchase orders, subcontractor claims, and cost tracking. About You Trade qualified (Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, or similar) with 2–5 years’ construction experience. Experience in supervision, leading hand, or foreman role preferred. Familiarity with insurance reinstatement or commercial projects a plus. White Card and driver’s licence required. Confident communicator, organised, and proactive with a commitment to safety and quality. Comfortable with MS Office and construction software (Procore experience desirable).
